Context Labs is seeking a Director-level leader to drive pre-sales strategy and governance for global enterprise engagements in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on aligning sales delivery capacity with scalable deployment models and improving ROI across multi-system programs.

You will own portfolio delivery performance, risk management, and enterprise account health, partnering with product and engineering leadership to translate real-world deployments into roadmap priorities.

About this position:

This role leads pre-sales strategy deployment governance and enterprise platform positioning to ensure alignment between sales delivery capacity and scalable implementation models. It defines deployment standards across environments establishes readiness criteria and drives consistent repeatable execution across global customer engagements. The position owns portfolio-level delivery performance risk management and strategic account health ensuring measurable ROI and long-term customer success. It also builds and scales the technical operating model partners with product and engineering leadership and drives continuous improvement through metrics insights and industry leaders.

In a rapidly growing software company this is a crucial leadership position requiring multi-talented individuals. This position will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer.

In this role you will:

Pre-Sales Strategy and Governance

• Define pre-sales platform positioning and reference implementation (RI) strategy
• Support executive sponsor conversations
• Ensure sales motions align with delivery and platform support capacity
• Establishes platform deployment standards and models across customers

Customer Environment and Deployment Strategy

• Define enterprise deployment strategy across public SaaS private tenant and managed application frameworks
• Establish minimum deployment readiness standards
• Define exception approval processes
• Ensure scalable and repeatable deployment patterns

Portfolio Delivery Governance and Risk Management

• Ensure consistent delivery performance and own portfolio-level delivery predictability tied to revenue and net revenue retention
• Establish frameworks for managing complex multi-system programs globally
• Align program strategy with platform architecture
• Define enterprise-level governance standards across customer engagements and drive execution alignment across global teams
• Establish escalation frameworks for environment related risks
• Reduce systemic delivery friction over time

Customer Engagement and Account Health Ownership

• Own overall health satisfaction and success of strategic enterprise accounts
• Build executive relationships
• Ensure deployments demonstrate measurable ROI operational impact and verified data lineage

Operating Model and Organizational Scale

• Design and govern the technical engagement operating model and ensure systemic issues are identified and resolved across programs
• Clearly define boundaries between SA TPM and Support
• Build and scale a TPM organization with strong enterprise cloud and integration expertise
• Define and execute risk management strategies for large scale technical programs
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to incorporate real world enterprise deployment learnings into roadmap prioritization

Technical and Industry Leadership

• Drive executive alignment on technical program priorities risks and tradeoffs across departments
• Serve as a technical ambassador for Context Labs in enterprise forums and strategic customer engagements
• Reinforce credibility in trusted data provenance and enterprise deployment excellence

Metrics Insights and Continuous Improvement

• Establish dashboards for deployment success time-to-value customer satisfaction/net promoter scores renewal rates and expansion metrics
• Use delivery insights to refine qualification architecture standards and support readiness

Experience:

• Proven track record of balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk regulatory exposure and long-term trust
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of global enterprise operating environments
• Has successfully led and managed leaders
• Defining strategy accountability and organizational structure
• Comfortable scaling engagement and operations globally
• Portfolio level understanding of enterprise cloud ecosystems security and compliance constraints deployment frameworks and large-scale data integration architectures
• Exceptional written presentation and verbal communication skills
• An ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical people
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations involving complex data integration and migration efforts

Preferred:

• Experience in oil & gas operating facilities (upstream midstream or downstream) with the ability to thoroughly understand operational challenges and communicate effectively with customer personnel across functions and levels
• Project Management and/or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of management tools preferred
• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering
