Anaplan is seeking a highly driven Senior Solution Implementation Manager in the UAE to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers in the Middle East. You will partner with senior client and internal stakeholders to scope, govern, and deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role demands strong Agile delivery experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to turn around troubled projects while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies—essential for fast-paced implementations.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing governance and precise scoping.
• Be the primary delivery contact, aligning with customer stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Navigate multi-faceted programs, balancing scope, risk, budget and resourcing for flawless delivery.
• Accelerate decision-making across design, testing, timelines and organizational change management.
• Build consensus and negotiate to maintain momentum across diverse teams.
• Champion the Anaplan Way methodology to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status and portfolio health to leadership and customers.
