Remotedxb is seeking a technical lead to oversee application development and manage engineers. You will be responsible for coordinating activities across internal teams and guiding the design and deployment of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in application development, strong skills in programming languages like Java and CI/CD technologies, and a proven track record in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application and/or system development.
• Experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience leading Agile software development in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, and automation engineers.
• Coordinate development activities across teams and vendor resources.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of applications.
