Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of architecture and engineering projects. You will define milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, risk management, and collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.
• Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and communicate.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions.
• Track development of engineering and architectural deliverables.
• Assist with project quality management and coordinate review processes.
• Support project financial management by tracking budgets and monitoring performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts.
