Job summary

AI71 in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical front line on every SuperHive opportunity. You will work with the commercial team in client rooms — discovery, platform demos, architecture questions, RFP responses, and scoping POCs that convert interest into engagements.

You’ll translate client data and tool stacks into a clear picture of how SuperHive plugs in, hand off to the Engagement Lead when deals are committed, and feed learnings back to Product for the next opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales at an enterprise software or AI company.
• Strong technical instincts on enterprise architecture — APIs, integrations, identity, data residency, security review.
• Hands-on with current AI tooling — frontier models, agents, evals.
• Track record running technical discovery and POC scoping for sophisticated buyers with complex tool stacks.
• Excellent written communication: RFP responses and architecture diagrams.
• Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders — including C-level — and working in a small senior team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team on every active opportunity — from discovery to committed engagement.
• Lead the technical conversation in client meetings: how SuperHive works, how it connects to the client stack, security and data residency.
• Run tailored demos and technical walk-throughs against the client’s pain points.
• Own RFP and technical-questionnaire responses end-to-end with Product, Engineering, and Security support.
• Scope POCs: define success criteria, design the setup, ensure data and access needs.
• Build and maintain a reusable demo environment, reference architectures, and an integration playbook.
• Codify objections and FAQs to accelerate future engagements.
• Provide feedback to Product on requested features and blockers.
