Job summary

AI71 in Abu Dhabi leads the SuperHive AI platform and seeks an AI Product Manager to define the squad's product vision and roadmap. You will prototype with frontier AI tools, validate ideas hands-on, and guide the platform forward with a customer-centric approach.

You will partner with engineering and customer-facing teams, translating complex needs into clear specs, and ensuring a cohesive product across squads in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years building AI-native products.
• Hands-on with current AI tooling: prompting frontier models, designing evals, and judging model output.
• Strong technical instincts; prototype ideas in code or no-code tools.
• Track record shipping B2B / enterprise products with sophisticated domain users.
• Crisp written and verbal communication—specs clients sign off on and engineers build from.
• Comfortable in a small senior team with high autonomy and direct customer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly product strategy for your squad, aligned with SuperHive's platform vision.
• Translate customer needs into prioritised capabilities and crisp specs.
• Prototype with agents and frontier models; scope use cases and validate end-to-end.
• Partner with customer engagement to shape design-partner co-builds and feature generalization.
• Be the customer-facing voice of your squad: demos, workshops, and retrospectives.
• Work with a tight cross-squad pod to keep the platform coherent.
