You will translate customer needs into crisp specs, ship enterprise-grade AI products, and collaborate across a small senior team with direct client exposure in a hybrid UAE setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management and at least 2 years building AI-native products.
• Hands-on with AI tooling: prompting frontier models, evals, and judging model output.
• Strong technical instincts; prototype ideas in code or no-code tools.
• Track record shipping B2B/enterprise products with sophisticated domain users.
• Crisp written and verbal communication; specs clients sign off on.
• Comfortable in a small senior team with high autonomy and direct customer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly product strategy for your squad in line with platform vision.
• Translate customer needs (developers, project owners, contractors, regulators) into prioritized capabilities.
• Prototype with agents and frontier models; design evals and end-to-end validation.
• Collaborate with customer engagement to shape co-builds and generalize client features.
• Be the customer-facing voice: demos, workshops, analysis, retrospectives.
• Maintain coherence across the cross-squad product pod and align with leadership.
