Job summary

Scribe is seeking a senior enterprise customer marketing leader to drive content strategy and demand programs from Dubai. You will shape a global content engine across formats, coordinate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales, and build high-impact executive relationships with enterprise leaders.

Lead the Customer Advisory Board, craft authentic testimonials, and forecast pipeline by MQLs and influenced deals. Join a fast-growing unicorn that helps teams leverage AI-ready content.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of building enterprise programs that influence qualified pipeline.
• Experience managing customer advisory boards or executive engagement programs.
• Strong ability to use data and analytics to make fast decisions on content performance.
• Ability to build direct external relationships with enterprise leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise customer content engine strategy across all formats and channels.
• Launch and manage Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program to build high-touch relationships with enterprise leaders
• Create and distribute a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials and trust signals
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align content with revenue and lead routing
• Set, forecast, and report on pipeline targets, including MQLs and influenced pipeline
