Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts and align BytePlus solutions with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance post-sales, summarizing client scenarios and best practices.
- Own and lead cloud migration, deployment, and expansion projects with on-time delivery.
- Liaise on technical issues and escalations, delivering proactive solutions.
- Contribute to technical docs, insights, and internal best practices in Cloud/AI/ML.
