Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support is seeking a Technical Account Manager (MENAT) in Dubai who will serve as the principal technical advisor to customers, guiding adoption and optimization of AWS services. You’ll drive strategic technical directions, coordinate with partners, and maintain operational health of customer environments.

You will engage with senior leadership, manage incidents, and help customers reduce complexity while maximizing value from AWS offerings across compute,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment (compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
