Job summary

Mintlayer seeks a Mid-market BD Manager to own the enterprise client pipeline, convert interest into qualified opportunities, and drive signed commercial agreements with ecosystem partners.

You will demo the MWS platform and Token Factory to technical and commercial counterparts, maintain the CRM with accurate pipeline status and dates, and collaborate with Partnerships on post-deal transitions to account management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years BD or account management in fintech, SaaS, or crypto.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and closing enterprise deals.
• Ability to demo technical product capabilities and articulate value to technical/commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the mid-market BD pipeline including enterprise client acquisition and partnerships.
• Convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline and structured commercial conversations.
• Demo the MWS platform and collaborate with Partnerships on transition of closed deals into account management.
• Maintain the BD CRM with accurate pipeline status and close date estimates.
• Report pipeline metrics to Head of BD and senior leadership.
