Job summary

GCG Enterprise Solutions, part of the Ghobash Group, seeks a Sales Account Manager for Audio Visual Solutions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and sell complex AV systems across corporate, government, and hospitality sectors.

The role requires 5–8 years of AV sales experience in the UAE, deep technical AV knowledge, and strong relationship management. You will collaborate with pre-sales, engineers, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics / IT / Electrical / Telecom or related field).
• 5–8 years of experience in Audio Visual solutions sales in the UAE, selling integrated AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across the AV portfolio in enterprise, government, hospitality, and education sectors.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Identify and close new business opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
