Job summary

United Al Saqer Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, driving transformations across IT, HR, and Finance.

You will translate the AI vision into actionable programs, govern the portfolio, and coordinate with subsidiaries and key functions to ensure scalable, compliant solutions. The role reports to Group IT and focuses on ROI, governance, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years in technology or digital transformation roles; 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Experience managing AI/ML or data analytics projects; UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the group-wide AI strategy and AI adoption roadmap.
• Oversee AI projects from inception to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Define ROI baselines, benefits owners, and tracking cadence.
• Ensure AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory alignment in UAE.
• Partner with cybersecurity, legal, and data owners to manage risk.
• Report progress, KPIs, and risks to GCTO and executive leadership.
