United Al Saqer Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, aligning IT, HR, and Finance through a scalable, secure program. You will own the AI roadmap, portfolio governance, and value tracking, coordinating with group IT, subsidiaries, and corporate functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on strategy execution, change enablement, and governance across multiple domains, with a strong emphasis on ROI, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computerscience,Engineering,Business,orarelatedfield.
• Minimumof8-10years’experienceintechnologyordigitaltransformationroles,withatleast3years’experienceinleadingAIinitiatives.
• ProvenexperienceinmanagingAI/MLordataanalyticsprojects.
• Strongunderstandingofenterprisesystems(e.g.,ERP,HCM),cloudplatforms,andAItools.
• FamiliaritywithMicrosoft365Copilot,OracleAI,PowerBI,orsimilarplatforms.
• ExperienceintheUAE/GCCregionispreferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownandrefinethe group-wide AI strategy and phased implementation roadmap.
• Align subsidiaries and functions on common AI priorities, standards, and funding assumptions.
• Oversee execution of AI projects from inception to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Define ROI baselines, benefits owners, and benefits realization cadence.
• Clarify decision authorities across functions to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
• Report quarterly progress, KPI performance and risks to leadership with clear decisions required.
