KBC Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager AI to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives in the UAE. You will own AI strategy, data engineering oversight, and digital transformation programs, guiding cross-functional teams and aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of progressive professional business experience, with significant focus in business management, information technology, or executive leadership.
Proven executive-level or near-executive leadership experience, ideally with independent P&L management responsibilities.
Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) experience within information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises.
Deep understanding of artificial intelligence use cases, machine learning workflows, and enterprise data engineering.
Progressive leadership experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across complex organizational contexts.
Proven track record in innovating and developing new business channels, digital business models, and transformation programs.
Mandatory eligibility to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute enterprise AI strategies and data engineering roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
Drive technology-led business transformations and digital business models.
Oversee P&L management, budget allocation, and strategic financial business cases for AI investments.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Manage audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance tracking across deployments.

Partner with vendors, clients, and internal units to deliver scalable AI solutions.
