Job summary

inception42 is seeking a Senior Manager - Solution Engineering (AI Solutions) to lead end-to-end AI solution design for enterprise engagements. You will translate complex AI capabilities into credible, executive-ready narratives and provide senior technical leadership on RFPs, client workshops, and proofs-of-concept.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience in at least one industry: Retail, FSI, Telco, Software Product, or Public Sector/National Security.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into executive-ready narratives.
• Experience working with commercial and delivery teams to support the full solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI solution design for enterprise engagements, spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, ML, and Conversational AI.
• Provide senior technical leadership on RFP responses, client workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to CxO and board-level stakeholders with executive briefings and demos.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to influence roadmaps based on customer signals.
• Define reusable templates and AI reference architectures and mentor Solution Engineers.
