Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, is seeking a Director - Solution Engineering (Partners) to lead technical enablement and ongoing success of the partner ecosystem, including system integrators, resellers, consulting partners, and technology alliances.

You will build frameworks, assets, and programs that empower partners to independently drive high-quality enterprise engagements, ensuring they are technically and commercially prepared to accelerate adoption of Inception's AI portfolio across global

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable training materials and reusable assets.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, SaaS solutions, enterprise integration, and cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and technical mentoring skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activation of partners to enable independent positioning, design, and delivery of the Inception AI portfolio.
• Develop and deliver technical onboarding programs, solution deep-dives, and product training sessions.
• Build and maintain a Partner Tech Certification curriculum, including learning paths, assessments, and hands‑on training materials.
• Build and manage demo environments, reference architectures, and reusable technical assets to support partner pursuits.
• Collaborate with product, applied science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on partner needs and market feedback.
