Job summary

Mistral is seeking an early-member of the Partner Team to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform with partner and GTM teams. You will engage in pre-sale activities, onboard model updates, and enable partners, while working closely with customers to tailor deployments to their needs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI deployment experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives, across global partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role with partner/customer-facing interactions.
• Experience partnering with large technology cloud or platform providers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on deployment experience of AI solutions.
• Ability to drive complex tech discussions with engineers and executives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sale and sales activities with partners to understand client needs and desired outcomes.
• Onboard AI platform/model updates to partner platforms and enable partner teams.
• Create and update assets for partner enablement portals (decks, docs, videos, reference architectures).
• Support partners in qualifying opportunities and progressing deals with technical insights.
• Crash-test deployed models and document fixes for engineering teams.
