Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager in the UAE to proactively sell TrendAI products and services into major enterprise accounts. You will engage with resellers and Global System Integrators to meet and exceed quota.

As the account lead, you will work with clients to identify needs, advise on best practices, develop forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT and cybersecurity goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in information technology or security solutions companies.
• Experience with Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, and Commercial sectors.
• Ability to engage effectively at the C-level and to sell cybersecurity, networking and IT products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the account lead for assigned UAE enterprise clients.
• Identify client needs and act as trusted adviser on cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop forecasts and maintain CRM records accurately in Salesforce.
