Job summary

TrendAI, the enterprise security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for UAE to drive strategic engagements with major enterprise clients. You will lead account plans, forecast opportunities, and partner with regional teams to address cybersecurity needs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT/security account management, strong C-level selling skills, and a background in oil, government, BFSI, or commercial markets. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security account management.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, or commercial sectors.
• Ability to engage at the C-level and articulate cybersecurity solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the account lead for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Identify client needs and act as trusted adviser on cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop and manage a reliable forecast and account plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.
• Maintain Salesforce and other CRM records for accounts.
