Qualifications

• Background working directly for a technology or software product vendor.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong technical or engineering grounding.
• Comfortable working closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management capability.
• Previous Middle East experience.
• Experience working across international projects.
• Willingness to travel into Europe when required.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise AI products.
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear delivery plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate developers, AI engineers, architects and product teams.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms.
• Own timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Support UAT, deployment, launch and adoption.
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders across the UAE and internationally.
