Job summary

Eton Institute is seeking a motivated Course Enrollment Advisor in Dubai to convert enquiries into enrolments, advise learners on language and training options, and build strong client relationships. You will follow up on leads, quotations and registrations while achieving monthly enrolment targets.

The role requires excellent English skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a track record in sales or enrolment support within an educational setting. Experience with CRM systems adds value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service enrolment or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the education training or language learning industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online and face-to-face consultations.
• Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training and educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations and pending enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery.
