Ideal Profile

• Certified professional teaching qualification at degree level (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE) with English specialism.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience teaching Secondary English in a school environment.
• Experience teaching within an IB curriculum school is preferred.
• MYP and DP English teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of English language, literature, inquiry‑based learning, assessment, and curriculum planning.
• Ability to inspire young learners through creative, student‑centred, and reflective teaching practice.
• Confident in supporting diverse learners, including multilingual students and students with different learning needs.
