Job summary

EDGE seeks a Project Specialist to support planning, coordination, execution, monitoring and control of projects within the Project Management Department. The role blends strong technical engineering with practical project controls to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will interface with clients, engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders, driving disciplined project execution and risk management across programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technology disciplines.
• Experience in managing projects and familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, operations, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables and overall progress.
• Resolve project issues and support timely delivery.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Track punch-list items and ensure timely closure.
