Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Project Specialist (Electronic Warfare) to lead complex technical projects from initiation to completion in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate schedules, resources, procurement, risks, and stakeholder communications to meet scope, time, and quality targets.

The role requires at least five years of experience in defense, aerospace, radar, communications, or electronic warfare projects, with strong English and Arabic language skills and a solid engineering background.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Arabic.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
5 years of experience managing technical, engineering, or product development projects, preferably in defense, aerospace, radar, electronic warfare, or related tech sectors.
Working knowledge of RF systems and electronic warfare concepts.
Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline and resources requirements.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor and control evolving project plans with input from technical team.
