Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a Project Specialist to plan, coordinate and control project execution in our REMAYA/ XRANGE initiatives. The role interfaces with clients, internal technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost and quality.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, solid project management experience, and expertise in budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technology field; PMP/PRINCE2 a plus.
• Experience managing projects with strong budgeting and cost estimation capabilities.
• Proven ability to assess risks, costs and value realization opportunities.
• Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Resolve issues and support timely delivery.
• Review SOWs, specs, drawings, and contractual documentation.
• Act as interface between clients, engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables align with scope and requirements.
