The portfolio includes production-capacity enhancements, debottlenecking work, reliability improvements, engineering modifications, and business-continuity projects responding to urgent operational needs. The Engineering Manager will provide a single point of technical coordination among project teams, Operations, discipline engineers, PMCs, licensors, OEMs, vendors, consultants, and EPC contractors. The immediate priority will be to strengthen engineering governance, improve contractor-deliverable control, and ensure safe progression through each project gate.
Candidates should demonstrate substantial senior-level experience leading multidisciplinary engineering on major oil and gas developments. Proven involvement in FEED, detailed engineering, EPC execution, construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover is essential. A strong understanding of ADNOC Value Assurance Process requirements, technical assurance, project governance, and operational readiness is required. The preferred candidate will have managed engineering consultants, PMCs, licensors, vendors, OEMs, and EPC contractors. Experience involving gas-processing assets, brownfield modifications, debottlenecking, capacity enhancement, and value engineering will be highly advantageous. Success requires confident leadership, sound technical judgement, stakeholder influence, interface management, and the ability to resolve delivery problems without compromising safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
