Job summary

MDE MENA is seeking an Engineering Director in Dubai to lead multidisciplinary teams within its modular construction and steel structures business. The role focuses on setting delivery expectations, governance, and value engineering across oil, gas and energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and 15+ years of leadership experience, with strong knowledge of international standards and modern design tools, plus excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an engineering degree with leadership experience in large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering complex projects within oil, gas or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and modern design tools.
