Job summary

Legora, a Dubai-based leader in AI-native legal software, is hiring a Legal Engineer to bridge lawyers and developers. You will design workflows for law firms and in-house teams across the Middle East, lead pilots and onboarding, and turn client needs into repeatable, credible use cases.

You will translate real-world legal work into Legora use cases, run demos and training, own pilots and rollouts, and collaborate with Go-to-Market and Eng teams to maintain credibility with senior lawyers across

Qualifications

• Must hold a legal qualification and have substantive legal work experience.
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in translating requirements into practical product use cases.

Responsibilities

• Translate real legal workflows into Legora use cases and test against practitioner standards.
• Run demos, workshops and training grounded in client work.
• Own pilots and rollouts with clear success criteria and honest reporting.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Eng teams to ensure credible regional delivery.
• Capture client needs with evidence to drive product improvements, including Arabic-language requirements.
