GOTION HIGH-TECH in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Solution Designer for large-scale energy storage projects. You will tailor system architecture, PCS, EMS, and related equipment to meet overseas client needs, site conditions, and reliability targets.

You will engage with overseas clients, provide technical support, assess feasibility against grid standards, and help with contract negotiations. Fluent English is essential; willingness to travel or relocate to regional sites is required.

Qualifications

3+ years in energy storage industry with 2+ years on overseas grid-scale projects
Proficient with PCS, EMS, and BMS principles
Familiar with international energy storage regulations and standards
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel or relocate long-term

Responsibilities

Design customized large-scale energy storage solutions for grid and power sources.
Coordinate with overseas clients, provide technical support, and participate in negotiations.
Assess feasibility and align with local grid standards and regulations.
Research overseas market dynamics and grid connection requirements for strategy planning
