Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer to lead on-site support for energy‑storage projects, including commissioning and grid connection. You will troubleshoot equipment such as battery cabinets, PCS, BMS and EMS, and coordinate with R&D and quality teams to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of commissioning, grid‑connection or performance testing experience, strong English skills, and a willingness to travel or be stationed overseas in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of commissioning, grid-connection or performance testing experience for large energy‑storage projects.
• Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills.
• Willing to travel to sites and potentially be stationed overseas (Dubai / Turkey / Uzbekistan).

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for energy‑storage tech and align with R&D on products including battery cabinets, PCS, BMS and EMS.
• Lead on-site commissioning and joint debugging during grid connection and testing phases.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve complex issues via remote/phone support, coordinating cross‑functional problem solving.
