Job summary
NTU International A/S invites qualified experts in power systems, renewable integration and PPAs to join its expert pool for EU-MENA Clean Tech Cooperation projects. Candidates will support transmission and distribution studies, grid modernization, and energy storage evaluations across various energy infrastructure initiatives.
The role emphasizes technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and advising on PPAs, with preference for those having experience in the MENA region and EU-funded
Qualifications
- University degree in electrical/energy engineering or related technical discipline.
- Proven experience with electricity grids, power systems, renewables, energy storage and PPAs.
- Experience in clean energy infrastructure design, assessment, or implementation.
- Knowledge of grid integration, storage solutions, and technical standards.
- Desirable experience in the MENA region and with EU-funded/IFI energy projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on electricity transmission and distribution systems.
- Support renewable energy integration and grid modernization initiatives.
- Assess grid capacity, stability, and interconnection requirements.
- Provide technical input on battery and energy storage technologies.
- Advise on PPAs from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Support development of grid codes and technical standards.
