Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH seeks an experienced energy storage solution designer to develop customized utility-scale storage systems based on overseas client requirements and site conditions.

You will coordinate with clients, conduct feasibility studies, ensure grid-code compliance, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to advance complex projects in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

Job description

1. Project solution design: Develop customized utility-scale energy storage solutions based on overseas client requirements and site conditions, covering system architecture and selection of key equipment including PCS, EMS, etc., to meet project requirements for power output, charge/discharge performance, and system reliability.

2. Client communication and technical support: Communicate with overseas clients, address inquiries, and present solution advantages. Participate in commercial negotiations, provide technical support, collect feedback, and contribute to product improvement.

3. Feasibility assessment: Comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of project solutions, ensure compliance with local grid codes and industry standards from a technical perspective, participate in project contract negotiation and signing, coordinate internal delivery management, and work with technical departments to provide professional technical evaluations.

4. Market and technology research: Track overseas energy storage market trends, focusing on utility-scale storage, C&I storage, and residential storage across different countries, research market demand and grid interconnection requirements, provide data support for company strategy and product planning, and actively participate in industry events to enhance company visibility.

**Job Requirements:**

1. Education background: Full-time regular bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.

2. Work experience: 3+ years of experience in the energy storage industry, 2+ years of experience in overseas utility-scale energy storage projects, familiar with the full project lifecycle, experience in successful project solution design, implementation, or management is preferred. Overseas solution development experience and experience leading teams to complete complex projects are preferred.

3. Professional skills: Proficient in energy storage system technology, familiar with battery characteristics and charge/discharge management, master the principles and applications of PCS, EMS, and BMS; familiar with overseas grid characteristics and interconnection standards, understand electricity market mechanisms; familiar with international and local energy storage regulations and standards.

4. Language and communication skills: Fluent in English, able to conduct business and technical communication without barriers, proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently manage teams and coordinate resources from all parties.

5. Work initiative: Proactive at work, clear thinking, strong logical reasoning ability, strong learning ability, and team collaboration spirit.

6. Personal capabilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong coordination and communication skills.

7. Travel or long-term assignment: Honest, energetic, willing to travel frequently or be stationed long-term in Saudi Arabia/Dubai/Turkey/Uzbekistan/Egypt.
