Worley is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Abu Dhabi to staff major projects and build talent pools across engineering sectors. The role emphasizes process adherence, stakeholder management, and a strong track record in the UAE energy market.

You will collaborate with regional TA teams, engage with external agencies, and play a key part in delivering cost-efficient recruitment for Worley’s projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience across sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology or related field.
• Experience staffing major projects.
• Experience in Engineering/Hydrocarbons/Oil & Gas/Construction advantageous.
• Skilled in sourcing and candidate selection techniques.
• Proven ability running social media recruitment campaigns.
• Strong UAE energy sector TA track record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver talent acquisition solutions to support Worley’s business.
• Staff major projects to meet business needs.
• Adhere to TA processes and quality standards.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across locations.
• Build and maintain candidate pools of qualified talent.
• Collaborate with regional TA teams and external agencies.
• Contribute to cost-effective TA practices and regular status reporting.
• Coordinate with location leads to share knowledge/resources.
