Job summary

Newcom Computer Systems LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Manager to build and manage our energy product portfolio, including UPS, Inverters, BESS, Batteries, Solar, and EV Chargers. You will identify the right brands, negotiate terms, and develop a profitable UAE/GCC market presence.

Responsibilities include supplier development, launching exclusive distribution, and coordinating with sales to ensure healthy margins. Travel to supplier meetings and exhibitions is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in energy products or related industries.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, trading, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC market.
• Good understanding of brands, pricing, and market positioning.
• Existing relationships with manufacturers or suppliers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and established brands.
• Source international brands and OEMs; evaluate products on quality, price, warranties.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQ, warranty, and delivery conditions.
• Build a balanced product portfolio and explore exclusive partnerships; monitor market trends.
• Support purchasing and inventory planning; attend exhibitions.
