Job summary

Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage end-to-end sourcing for solar, wind and BESS packages. You will run RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate with suppliers, draft contracts and administer purchase orders to support project milestones.

You will oversee supplier qualification, audits, and performance, while coordinating with engineering, legal, finance and logistics teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement for large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations and contract drafting.
• Experience with OEM qualification, supplier audits and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes for solar, wind, and BESS packages from RFP to PO administration.
• Manage long-term service agreements and supplier performance to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, quality oversight, and contract governance with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare procurement schedules and cost forecasts with project/technical teams.
• Maintain contract, PO and supplier records for audit readiness.
