Job summary

Raqmiyat L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is seeking a capable L1/L2 IT support specialist to assist end users, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues, and manage user access via Active Directory. You will liaise with users to resolve problems quickly and document steps taken.

The role also covers IP telephony support, Oracle ERP application assistance, endpoint configuration and patching, and maintaining comprehensive IT support records.

Qualifications

• End-user IT support experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
