Job summary

Raqmiyat LLC (Al Ghurair Group of Companies) is seeking an IT Helpdesk technician in Abu Dhabi to provide L1/L2 support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage Active Directory accounts and access rights.

You will support IP telephony, Oracle ERP applications, perform endpoint configuration and patching, and maintain incident records and IT documentation in a collaborative environment.
