DAMAC Group in Dubai seeks a seasoned Sales Transformation leader to drive end-to-end transformation across the sales organization, improving strategy, operating models, processes and customer journeys. You will spearhead diagnosis, roadmap design, implementation, change management and measurement of business impact, partnering with CXO stakeholders and leveraging CRM, analytics, automation and AI.

Qualifikationen

• 8–13 years in Sales Transformation or related exposure.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of sales operating models, GTM and performance management.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, automation or AI-enabled sales tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sales transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
• Assess existing sales models, processes, customer journeys and performance.
• Develop and implement sales operating models, GTM strategies and sales effectiveness initiatives.
• Drive improvements in productivity, conversion, pipeline management and revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology and Finance stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, automation and AI to improve decision-making and outcomes.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, governance and benefits tracking; manage change adoption.
