Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to own the end-to-end B2B order lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order entry.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to work across regional teams in the Middle East. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, order management or similar B2B operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end order processing.
• Strong understanding of distribution, logistics and delivery coordination.
• Proficient Excel, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Distribution teams.
• Support regional customers and internal teams with accurate order lifecycle management.
