Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Front Desk Agent in the UAE. You will warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay while coordinating check-in/check-out and guest requests.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing settlements, and upselling hotel facilities. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus; experience with Opera PMS is advantageous. The role emphasizes service excellence and CSR-aligned hospitality.

First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
