Job summary

As a Reception Agent, you’ll greet guests, handle check-in/out, upsell hotel facilities, and contribute to exceptional service in a diverse environment. English fluency is required; Opera experience is a plus.

Job Description

First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
