Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive talent sourcing, recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE National talent markets and Emiratisation hiring programs.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies for professional, specialist, graduate and leadership roles.
• Experience leading sourcing teams and managing stakeholder relationships with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of MOHRE requirements and regulatory environment affecting Emiratisation recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and national hiring objectives.
• Lead talent mapping across priority functions, industries, and seniority levels.
• Produce market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring activity.
• Build proactive UAE National talent pipelines through diversified channels and partnerships.
• Oversee campaigns and partnerships with universities, government bodies, and employers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Monitor SAS and KPI performance, pipeline health, and Emiratisation target achievement.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with MOHRE requirements and internal policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sourcing team and drive knowledge sharing.
