Job summary

Buro Happold in Dubai is seeking an Emiratisation Manager to lead the organisation's Emiratisation strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate initiatives to attract, develop and retain Emirati talent.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders, provide workforce insights, and represent the company with MOHRE and other government stakeholders to position Buro Happold as an employer of choice for Emiratis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience leading Emiratisation or nationalisation strategy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Emiratisation requirements and government programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Emiratisation strategy and compliance across the organisation.
• Monitor targets and regulatory compliance against UAE regulations.
• Build stronger Emirati talent pipelines across graduate and experienced-hire routes.
• Represent Buro Happold with MOHRE, Nafis and Tasheel in government meetings and initiatives.
• Promote Buro Happold as an employer of choice for Emiratis and develop Emirati success stories.
