Job summary

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a senior professional to lead Emirati propositions for UAE National customers. The role involves analytics, campaign execution, and close collaboration with product and segment heads to deliver impactful propositions.

You will oversee dashboards, partnerships, and customer experience initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking, propositions, project management, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business required.
• Certified in Project Management.
• Knowledge in Retail Banking Products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze to create Emirati propositions for UAE National customers across segments.
• Develop and execute Emirati campaigns to achieve segment objectives.
• Develop dashboards when necessary.
• Collaborate with segment heads and products to create propositions.
• Be the SPOC for Emirati proposition initiatives and projects.
• Deliver regular updates on segment performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet department objectives.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships to strengthen proposition and acquisition.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee Emirati customer experience journey enhancements and ensure on-time delivery.
