Job summary

EXPERT in Sharjah is seeking an Emirati national to manage all PRO activities, including government documentation, license renewals, and visa processing.

You will liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, DED and other authorities, ensure compliance, maintain records, and coordinate with HR/Admin/Finance.

The role is on-site in Sharjah, with salary up to AED 20,000 depending on experience and profile.

Qualifications

• Emirati national with a valid Dubai or Sharjah Family Book.
• Minimum 35 years UAE experience in PRO / Government Relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration rules.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all PRO-related tasks including trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and related government documentation.
• Manage visa processing for new hires, visa cancellations, transfers, and renewals (employment, tourist, and dependent visas).
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, DED, RTA, DHA, and Free Zone authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and company standards.
