Job summary

Sovereign House Dubai is seeking a highly organised Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our in-house team in Dubai. You will manage government-related processes for employees and operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across visa applications, Emirates IDs, and licensing.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labour and visa procedures, fluency in English, and hands-on experience in the UAE real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
• Minimum 2 years of PRO experience in real estate and golden visa.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law, visa procedures & government portals.
• Working knowledge of trackers and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee end-to-end visa processes, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, golden visas and work permits.
• Handle Emirates ID, medical examinations, and all related government documentation
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Police, DED and other relevant UAE authorities
• Maintain accurate employee records and track visa, licence, and permit renewals to ensure full compliance
• Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee-related queries
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with government entities and external authorities
• Coordinate attestation, notarisation, and embassy/legalisation processes as required
• Manage company formation, trade licence applications, renewals
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on official applications, letters, and government forms via online portals
• Prepare and type documentation through government portals and/or authorised typing centres
