Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in the UAE is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and compliance activities. The role focuses on timely processing of employee and company legal documents and maintaining strong relationships with UAE government authorities.

The PRO will handle visas, IDs, labor permits, license renewals and attestations, while staying updated on labor laws and immigration regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE experience as Public Relations Officer (PRO)
• Preference for candidates from India or Pakistan
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures and government regulations
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage UAE employment visas, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, residency visa renewals, cancellations and status changes
• Process company trade license renewals, establishment card renewals and other corporate legal documentation
• Liaise with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED/SEDD and Chambers of Commerce
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, visas, and employee documents to maintain compliance
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws and government procedures
• Coordinate with HR and management on PRO-related activities and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of visa statuses, license expiry dates and government transactions
• Handle attestation, notarization and document legalization as required
• Represent the company professionally during interactions with government departments and external agencies
