Job summary

Parx cafe LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive PRO to manage government liaison, visa, and compliance tasks for the business. You will coordinate with authorities, handle MOHRE processes, and ensure records are up to date while supporting onboarding and documentation.

Ideal candidates have UAE PRO experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and fluent Arabic and English. A valid UAE driving license is preferred and the role is on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities (Immigration, MOHRE, DED, Municipality, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth processing.
• Handle all employee visa processes: new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes.
• Process Emirates ID applications and medical tests.
• Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Manage labor contracts, work permits, and approvals via MOHRE.
• Ensure company compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle any fines, penalties, or legal documentation if required.
• Process trade license issuance and renewals; handle amendments (activity, partners, location, etc.).
• Manage tenancy contracts (Ejari), permits, and approvals.
• Maintain organized records of all government documents and employee files; ensure all documents are valid and updated.
• Assist HR and management with onboarding/offboarding; coordinate with typing centers, Tasheel, Amer, and other service providers.
