Job summary

TML Recruitment, in partnership with a prominent Dubai real estate developer, is seeking an HR Manager (Emirati only). You will lead employee relations, policy implementation, and ensure local Labour Law compliance while partnering with senior leadership.

Open at two levels: HR Manager with 7+ years and Assistant HR Manager with 4–5 years. On-site in Dubai with a competitive benefits package including flights, education allowance, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee relations
• Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies
• Experience as HR business partner to management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Acting as HR business partner to managers and leadership across the business
• Drafting, implementing and keeping HR policies current and compliant
• Owning employee relations: grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
• Managing disciplinary matters in line with Labour Law
• Driving employee engagement and protecting a positive employee experience
• Keeping HR compliance watertight with regulatory requirements
